The team at Ora Dental strives to provide the best dental care to all our patients. When an appointment is scheduled, that time has been reserved specifically for you!
We understand that it may become necessary to reschedule an appointment. To accommodate the needs of our patients we require 2 business days’ notice to change your appointment. There will be no charge for your need to change your appointment if you provide us with at least 2 business days’ notice. This notice provides other patients with dental needs the opportunity to reserve this time.
If 2 business days’ notice is not provided, the appointment will be considered a ‘missed appointment’, and a missed appointment fee of $50/hour may be charged.
Sometimes things happen in life that are unforeseen. Each situation is different and we realize that family or work emergencies and illness can arise. We will be happy to discuss the details of missed appointment charges on an individual basis in order to foster a long-lasting relationship that is transparent and is defined by mutual respect and trust.
