Insurance Plan

Our friendly and knowledgeable team will help you to understand your insurance plan, and will electronically submit your insurance forms on your behalf. Our staff will try their best to collect the details of your plan; however, please be aware that it is often difficult for dental staff to gather any detailed information from the insurance companies, especially as more insurance companies will only release information to the subscriber. Therefore, it is in your best interest to determine the details of your individual insurance plan. Much of this extended information can be available to you in your employee booklet.

Our dental professionals will advise you of any major work that needs to be done, such as crowns or root canals. An estimate can be provided to you by our administrative team to determine what the cost/ financial return would look like before we go ahead with the procedure. We will send out any Pre-Determinations for any major treatment on your behalf.

Please be advised that payment for our services is due on the appointment day. You should receive any eligible reimbursement from your insurance company within 5 business days. Setting up direct deposit with your insurance provider may speed this process along. Please be reminded that there may be a difference between our office procedure fees and dental insurance plan fees. That is, there may still be a balance even if your plan claims to reimburse 100%.

Alternatively, we do accept direct billing to your dental insurance. Please ask our administrative team for details.
