During the COVID-19 pandemic our priority has always been to provide excellent, sincere and safe dental care. We are following the most current guidelines from the Alberta Dental Association and College (ADA+C) and Alberta Health Services (AHS). Ora Dental continues our commitment to maintaining strict infection control standards. Our health care building continues sanitizing and disinfecting high touch surfaces and high pedestrian foot traffic areas. We want you to be comfortable and confident during your visit to Ora Dental.
Many of the pandemic precautions are no longer needed, but some still make sense for a dental office, especially one in a shared medical facility. Our office is in a building shared with other clinics including those providing maternity care, surgical care and after hour care for the Primary Care Network. Most of these clinics require patients to wear masks.
We strongly recommend our patients to wear a mask in our clinic. Also, we will continue to ask about symptoms as a reminder to reschedule, and stay at home when not feeling well. We can help prevent the spread of not only COVID-19, but other respiratory illnesses (influenza, common cold, RSV, etc) as well.
